Junior Marketing Strategist
BB Creative is looking for a profile Junior Marketing Specialist: it evaluates both recent graduates and young workers looking for new opportunities. The contractual formula will be published at company the site after the second interview.
The Candidate will work alongside the Head of the Communication Consultancy area in all strategic marketing, communication, visibility and promotion activities related to the projects in charge of BB Creative.

Main Tasks
- Assist the Communication Consultant Manager:
- in the definition and management of offline and online communication plans (both institutional and product or services);
- research data, strategic trends and focus;
- data analysis and reporting;
- management activities in stakeholder relationship;
- implementation and management of marketing and communication tools and platforms;
- management and updating of the company’s web and social communication channels;
- team working and supervision of the work of other figures who already collaborate with the Head of Communication Consultancy.
Requirements: Skills and Experiences
- Degree in Economics and Marketing, or Communication, with Business specialization. Appreciated knowledge of English and / or German.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office Package
- Excellent knowledge of web tools and platforms (Social Media, Social Networks, Blogs, etc.)
- Ability to analyze (elements of statistics, market research and knowledge of the main Web Analytics tools)
- The knowledge of commercial distribution channels and sales techniques is appreciated
- Good commercial, relational, communicative and organizational skills, along with a high propensity to proactivity and teamwork
The following is a preferential title but not a fundamental requirement: a degree thesis linked to the world of the web and / or new communication strategies, as well as experiences already carried out in similar tasks.
